    STAY AWAY FROM PAYSIMPLE!!!! – If you’re a small business or startup, this is NOT the way to go. They’re not the way to go for any company for that matter.
    There fees are MUCH more than $35/month and once we got sick of being screwed we attempted to cancel which was a very hard process and then there was a $250 cancellation fee because we weren’t aware of the 3-year contract with the card processor that they signed us up for.

    PaySimple is everything BUT SImple. They make you jump through hoops to even draft. then they have limits on amounts. Plus when they DO get your money, it takes 5 days and more depending on weekends to have it in your account. I called and discontinued the service last month. They drafted on an account already this month that had the permission stopped!

    Go BS, not Pay Simple!

    received an 8:30AM phone call saying that I had requested information from paysimple (i had not). the salesperson then proceeded to ask me what my business plan was, I’m not sure what relevance this has. When I refused to tell him, he said to call back when my company was more developed and I had something to offer. 

    I feel sorry for the investor that seeded funds to this company.

    I left Leaders because they stole from me, and signed up for Paysimple. So far, they’ve called me every two months to make sure I’m happy, sent me a Starbucks gift card, and have continually improved their online interface. Their contract was one page long and totally easy to understand. To say I’m happy with Paysimple would be a huge understatement…I’m blown away by it. Their monthly fee is a little higher than most, but it’s a gateway and processor in one, plus they don’t whack you with bogus fees. I recommend it to all my clients.
